At PaintUp, we aim to deliver a smooth and transparent service experience.
Cancellations
- Customers may request cancellation before service execution begins.
- Cancellation requests must be made via email or official communication channels.
Refund Eligibility
- Advance payments are refundable only if cancellation is requested before material procurement or service commencement.
- Once work has started or materials are purchased, refunds may not be applicable.
- Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In case of partial service completion, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Service delays due to customer-side issues
- Change of mind after work commencement
- Minor variations in shade or finish due to surface conditions
